Bespoke commissions usually start with an informal conversation or phone call. A site visit to your house or space may be required in order to understand whether solid wood furniture is the right solution for you and if so, what is the best approach for your project. Once a design brief has been decided upon initial design ideas will be sent through for your review. When a final design has been agreed a 50% materials deposit is required to confirm your order, enabling the making process to begin. Regular project updates will be provided to ensure you’re up to speed with how your project is progressing and a delivery date will be booked in ahead of time. The final payment will be due upon receipt of the work.
